On December 5, 2014, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per share for the third quarter of the Company’s 2015 fiscal year, ending March 28, 2015. The dividend was declared by the Board on December 4, 2014 and will be payable on December 26, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 16, 2014, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
