The Board of Directors of SIFCO Industries, Inc. (the "Company") approved the promotion of Mr. James P. Woidke to President and Chief Operating Officer, subject to the determination of an appropriate effective date. The appointment is effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Woidke previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Company issued a press release announcing such appointment, which press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
