Effective December 1, 2014, William M. Kahane voluntarily resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Cole Real Estate Income Strategy (Daily NAV), Inc. (the “Company”). This resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
