On December 3, 2014, William Lyon Homes (the “Company”) closed its sale of 150,000 additional 6.50% tangible equity units (the “Units”) pursuant to the exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters in connection with the Company’s previously announced public offering and sale of 1,000,000 Units.
