Resignation of Geoffrey A. Thompson from the Board of Directors

 

On November 28, 2014, Geoffrey A. Thompson resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), and accordingly resigned from the Board's Audit and Compensation and Development Committees. Mr. Thompson's resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company and therefore disclosure under Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K is not required.

 

The Company expects that Wilson Jones, a current member of the Board, will be appointed to serve as a member of the Board’s Audit and Compensation and Development Committees as soon as practicable to replace Mr. Thompson.  The Board expressed its thanks to Mr. Thompson for his years of service on the Board.
