(b) On December 3, 2014, General Dynamics Corporation issued a press release announcing that David K. Heebner, executive vice president, Information Systems and Technology, has informed the company of his intention to retire on December 31, 2014.
(c) The company also announced that on December 3, 2014, the board of directors elected S. Daniel Johnson to succeed Mr. Heebner as executive vice president, Information Systems and Technology, effective January 1, 2015.
A copy of a press release issued by the company regarding these matters is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein.
