(b) Departure of Principal Accounting Officer
On December 1, 2014, David Hinkle resigned as Senior Director, Finance & Controller and Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of Receptos, Inc. (the “Company”). Graham Cooper, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (Principal Financial Officer), has assumed the role of Principal Accounting Officer, effective immediately.
