Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2011, the Company entered into two Loan Agreements with Alleghany Capital Corporation for a combined available borrowing limit of $350,000. Effective November 30, 2014, the notes have been amended and restated and now have a maturity date of December 31, 2015. Other than the extension of the maturity date, no other modifications were made to the terms of the notes.
