On December 2, 2014, CannaSys, Inc. issued a press release announcing FINRA’s approval of its name change to CannaSys, Inc. and its symbol change from “TTNS” (OTCQB: TTNS) to “MJTK” (OTCQB: MJTK) on the OTC Markets. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01.
