(b) Rentech, Inc. (the “Company”) announced on November 4, 2014 that it closed the sale of its alternative energy technologies to Sunshine Kaidi New Energy Group Co., Ltd. The Company determined on November 21, 2014 that Harold Wright, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, will complete his duties and leave the Company on December 31, 2014 in light of the Company’s exit from the alternative energy technology business.
