On November 26, 2014, the offering of securities of CVSL Inc. contemplated by its Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-196155) was cancelled. No securities have been sold in the offering. The Registrant has submitted a request to the Securities and Exchange Commission for the withdrawal of the Registration Statement.
