On October 31, 2014, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, (“Company”) issued a press release announcing a conference call by Company management to discuss its strategic initiatives and third quarter financials. The conference call will be held on Monday, November 17, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., EST. Attached to this Amendment Number One to the Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is the transcript for Webcast - Teleconference.
