McClellan Harris III, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of American States Utility Services, Inc. (“ASUS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American States Water Company, retired from his position at ASUS on November 21, 2014.  Robert J. Sprowls, President and Chief Executive Officer, has temporarily assumed Mr. Harris’s duties.
