On November 25, 2014, TiVo Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2014 and a related presentation entitled “Q3’15 Financial Highlights & Capital Deployment Update.” A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
