Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 25, 2014, Net1 issued a press release providing an update on the current South African Social Security Agency (“SASSA”) tender process for the payment of social grants, and the Company’s approach to the South African Constitutional Court foran order setting aside the RFP and directing SASSA to issue a corrected RFP. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
