On November 6, 2014, the Board of Directors of Argan, Inc. (“Argan”) elected Peter Getsinger as a Director of Argan. Mr. Getsinger will also be a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Getsinger, 61, was until recently Managing Partner, founder and chief investment officer of Nexstar Capital Partners LLC, an alternative investment managing firm focused on investing in emerging markets. Mr. Getsinger is also a director of Electro Dunas in Lima, Peru.
