Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 20, 2014, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.35 per share. The regular quarterly dividend will be paid on December 29, 2014 to stockholders of record on December 8, 2014. In addition, the Company's Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of $0.65 per share. The special dividend will also be paid on December 29, 2014 to stockholders of record on December 8, 2014.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
