Tanger Closes on $250 Million 3.75% Senior Notes Due 2024

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT), announced today that its operating partnership, Tanger Properties Limited Partnership, has completed a public offering of $250 million of 3.75% senior notes due 2024 in an underwritten public offering through BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, US Bancorp, and Wells Fargo Securities as joint book-running managers. The notes were priced at 99.429% of the principal amount to yield 3.819% to maturity. The notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 3.75% per annum and mature on December 1, 2024.

The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses, were approximately $246.2 million. Tanger intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to redeem its $250 million 6.15% senior notes due November 2015.
