Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2014, Iridium Communications Inc. announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on its 6.75% Series B Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock of $4.21875 per share, representing a dividend for the period from and including September 16, 2014 through December 15, 2014. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2014, to all stockholders of record as of December 1, 2014.
