Fidelity & Guaranty Life is filing this Amendment to Form 8-K to correct a typographical error in the company’s Financial Supplement, which was furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to the company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 19, 2014. On page 12 of the Financial Supplement in the Annuity Account Balance Rollforward table, the company reported (in millions) $117.1 for Premium and interest bonuses and $22.5 for Fixed interest credited and index credits. The corrected numbers are $7.5 and $132.1 respectively.
A copy of the corrected financial supplement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
