(b) On November 19, 2014, Steve L. Baccus resigned as a director of FBL Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) effective December 4, 2014. Mr. Baccus currently serves as President of the Kansas Farm Bureau. He does not intend to seek re-election to that office at the Kansas Farm Bureau’s annual meeting to be held in December 2014, and as a result, he would thereafter be ineligible to serve as a Class B Director of the Company.
