Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 20, 2014, Corvus Gold Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting the additional drill results from the Josh vein/stockwork system of the Yellowjacket Deposit, North Bullfrog Project, Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
