On November 19, 2014, the Board of Directors of Central Valley Community Bancorp declared a $0.05 per share cash dividend payable on December 29, 2014 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2014. A press release was issued on November 20, 2014, and is attached to this Current Report and is incorporated into this report by reference.
