On November 18, 2014 at 4:30pm Avid Technology Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call to discuss the results of the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2014. The conference call is available for subsequent replay on the Company's website. Furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 is a transcript of the Company’s conference call (the “Transcript”).
