(e) On November 19, 2014, we granted to Brad Wolfe, our Chief Financial Officer, options to purchase 60,000 shares of our Common Stock under our 2009 Equity Plan, as amended. The exercise price of the options is $5.23 per share, which was the closing price of our Common Stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market on November 19, 2014. The options will vest over a four year period, with 25% vesting on November 19, 2015 and an additional 6.25% vesting every three months thereafter.
