Our former president and chief operating officer, Vijay Ullal, departed the company on November 17, 2014. At the same time our chairman and chief executive officer, Mark S. Thompson, also assumed the title of president. Our press release dated November 17, 2014 announcing these changes is included as an exhibit to this report and is incorporated by reference.
