Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 17, 2014, Multi-Color Corporation (“Multi-Color”) announced the pricing of its private offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2022 to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act. A copy of the press release regarding the senior notes offering is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
