On November 17, 2014, FS Investment Corporation II issued a press release providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and announcing the details of its third quarter stockholder conference call, which will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
