Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 14, 2014, Span-America Medical Systems, Inc. ("SPAN") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share and a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share. The special dividend is payable January 7, 2015, to shareholders of record on December 17, 2014. The regular quarterly dividend is payable December 11, 2014, to shareholders of record on November 25, 2014. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is furnished to, but not filed with, the Commission.
