Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 13, 2014, LDR Holding Corporation issued a press release announcing the presentations of Mobi-C® cervical disc five-year clinical results at the North American Spine Society annual meeting on November 12-13, 2014. A copy of LDR Holding Corporation's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Attached to this filing are graphs which include data on the results of the studies at five year (Exhibit 99.2), some of which were presented at the North American Spine Society annual meeting.
