Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 12, 2014, Thomas S. Case announced he would resign effective November 30, 2014 from his position as Senior Vice President and Group Manager of Granite Construction Incorporated (the “Company”). Christopher S. Miller, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, will assume Mr. Case’s former responsibilities on an interim basis pending completion of a search for Mr. Case’s successor.
