Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 13, 2014, Ever-Glory International Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and held a conference call regarding the Company’s financial results for its fiscal quarter ended on September 30, 2014 (“Earnings Release”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
