Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 14 2014, CannLabs, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter of 2014. A copy of the press release issued by the Company on November 11, 2014 is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
