Other Events.

On November 13, 2014, Forward Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from The Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) informing the Company that the Panel has granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to the Company holding an annual meeting of shareholders for the 2014 fiscal year by December 31, 2014.
As previously disclosed, the Company intends to hold an annual meeting of shareholders on December 30, 2014. The record date for such annual meeting of shareholders is December 8, 2014.
