On November 13, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
