On November 11, 2014, Yodlee, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and the Company’s management held a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
