On November 5, 2014, Raymond L. Barton notified TCF Financial Corporation (“TCF”) that he will not stand for re-election, and will retire from TCF’s Board of Directors effective upon the expiration of his current term immediately prior to TCF’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders, anticipated to be held on April 22, 2015.
