Item 2.02 — Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 12, 2014, Egalet Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of that press release and the attached financial schedules are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
On November 12, 2014, the Company also held a previously announced conference call to discuss the Company’s financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2014. Excerpts from the conference call that contain previously nonpublic information are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference.
