On November 11, 2014, ArQule, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing a collaboration with the National Institutes of Health for the clinical development of ARQ 092, an orally available, selective small molecule inhibitor of AKT, in Proteus syndrome. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
