On November 10, 2014, Elephant Talk Communications Corp. (the “Company) issued a press release disclosing, among other items, certain preliminary financial information and operating results for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
