On November 10, 2014, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Rich Lavin, President and Chief Executive Officer; Tim Trenary, Chief Financial Officer; and Pat Miller, President of Global Truck and Bus will present at the Baird Industrial Conference on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 9:00 AM Central Time at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, IL. A copy of the presentation prepared by the Company for use during the conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference in its entirety to this Item 7.01.
