On November 6, 2014, Patrick E. Malloy, III, the Chairman of the Board of Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) purchased $1,000,000 principal amount of the Company’s 8.875% senior notes due 2019 for an aggregate purchase price of $804,059, including accrued but unpaid interest and a processing fee.
