Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 7, 2014, Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, on November 6, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Company’s common stock for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on December 1, 2014 to stockholders of record on the close of business on November 18, 2014.
A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
