Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 5, 2014, StemCells, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2014. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The Company will host its first investor and analyst event November 20, from 12:00 to 2:30 pm EST, to provide updates on the ongoing Phase I/II clinical programs in dry age related macular degeneration (AMD) and spinal cord injury. Management will also provide updates and insights into the follow-on Phase II studies in both of these indications, including the recently initiated Pathway® Study in cervical spinal cord injury.
