Navistar International Corporation (the “Company”) announced today that Jack Allen, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will retire from the Company and all other offices, directorships and other positions with any subsidiaries or affiliates of the Company, effective December 31, 2014.
Separately, and in connection with certain other organizational restructurings, the job responsibilities of Eric Tech, a named executive officer of the Company, have changed and he will no longer be an executive officer of the Company.
