Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 5, 2014, Pegasi Energy Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had completed drilling on the Huntington #4 well to 9,300 feet.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
