Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 5, 2014, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Finjan, Inc. (“Finjan”), had filed a patent infringement lawsuit on November 5, 2014 against Palo Alto Networks, Inc., a Delaware corporation, alleging infringement of Finjan patents relating to endpoint, web, and network security technologies.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
