On November 4, 2014, PBF Logistics GP, the general partner of PBF Logistics LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that, on October 29, 2014, Michael D. Gayda, President of the general partner of the Partnership had informed the Partnership of his intention to retire as an officer of the general partner of the Partnership at the end of 2014. Mr Gayda will remain in his role as a Director of our general partner. Mr. Gayda will continue his role as President until the effective date of his retirement.
The press release announcing Mr. Gayda's retirement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
