Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Company held its annual meeting of stockholders on October 29, 2014. The stockholders were asked to vote on the three proposals listed below, which were described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2014.
