EXPLANATORY NOTE FOR THE FILING OF FORM 8-K/A
This Form 8-K/A is filed as an amendment to our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 17, 2014 (the “Original Filing”). The sole purpose of this amendment is to replace the 6 pages of Exhibit 10.1 called Commercial Lease and Deposit Receipt. This portion of Exhibit 10.1 has been updated to reflect the completion on October 27, 2014 of the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Equipment Sales and Service, Inc. Except for this change, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing. For convenience, the entire Exhibit 10.1, as amended, is being re-filed.
